Great question, let's start with creating an Account!
- Click on Accounts on the top right of the screen.
- Click on the ADD button.
- Name the account > Select the License Type > Fill in any notes you might want for later > Click Next.
*Selecting the Unlimited License Type will take you straight to the Submit screen. After selecting either Limit By Content or Limit By Account you will be presented with an option, Limits Disable Access. If checked, this will prevent an account from launching shared content once its license limits have been reached.
- You will now be asked to either select an existing license or create a new one. For this article, we will choose one we have already made and click Next.
*Make License Active, if checked, will make this the active license, and all launches will apply towards the limits for this license.
*Effective Date is the date the license will begin counting usage (if it is active). - You will be asked if you want to Enable license alerts, for now, we will skip this. Click Next.
- Confirm the details for the account you are about to create and select Create Account.
You have now created your first account!
