Error When Launching Course

So. You launch your course...and get an error message:

Oops! Page not found!

It looks like the file you were looking for is missing or has moved. If you feel you reached this message in error, please let us know at support@scorm.com

OR

even worse...a blank screen

Some things to try to fix the issue.

1. Clear your browser cache and launch again.

2. Try launching in another browser.

3. If this is a Flash-based course, ensure that it's enabled. Please note that Chrome and Safari disable Flash by default. Details on how to enable Flash here

If you continue to have an issue we recommend contacting the course provider if you're a user.
