I have a Captivate course were there is an interaction that is reporting as “null”. How do I fix that?

Answer

There could be a few different reasons for this.

1. The interaction wasn't set up correctly

2. In this case, the question text went over the 255 character limit as defined by the SCORM specification. Once shortened, the interaction was reported correctly.
