If you'd like to review or remove any personal or private data that SCORM Cloud may have through your training records, don't worry. We've got you covered!
You can easily submit a request though the SCORM Cloud website by going to your settings in the top right corner.
Then, just below the form to edit your account information you'll see a link to a form which you can use to make your request.
From there, just fill out the form and a support ticket will be made. You'll receive an e-mail directing you to the thread where you'll be responded to ASAP by one of our awesome support guys. They'll help get an accurate depiction of what you need, and be your contact for the duration of your request.
Please note that these requests may take some time (a maximum of one month) depending on both the operation which you're requesting, and the scope of the owned data. However, we will be in contact with you as soon as you use the form!
