We like options — we have 5 different types of Coca-Cola in our fridge alone. We've taken our love of options and given you two more in SCORM Cloud: BLTI conformance and PENS publishing.
1. BLTI (Basic Learning Tools Interoperability) is an e-learning standard that's supported by many educationally-based LMSs. We've added BLTI conformance to SCORM Dispatch, so now you can play any SCORM content in a BLTI LMS and get all of the advanced tracking that SCORM Cloud offers. 2. PENS (Package Exchange Notification Services) allows for one-click publishing from an authoring tool to an LMS. With PENS, you no longer need to manually export a SCORM package from an authoring tool and then manually import it to an LMS. SCORM Cloud has been able to accept PENS requests for a while now (one-click publishing from an authoring tool to SCORM Cloud.) We've recently added one-click publishing from SCORM Cloud to an LMS.
