SCORM Cloud: Changing Account Type

We frequently receive questions about how to adjust SCORM Cloud plans to better suit evolving needs. To help, we’ve created this quick step-by-step guide to updating your account.

 

Steps to Change Your Plan

  1. Log in to your SCORM Cloud account.

  2. Select Account from the left-hand menu.

  3. Click the Edit Account tab.

  4. Enter your Billing Information if you're upgrading from a Trial account.

  5. Choose your desired plan size under the Change Account Type section.

  6. Click Save Account Info to confirm.

 

Important Notes on Downgrading to Trial

If you are moving from a paid plan to a Trial account, please keep the following limitations in mind:

  • New Limits: The Trial plan is limited to 5GB of storage and a maximum of 3 courses.

  • Action Required: If you currently exceed the 3-course limit, you must delete the excess courses before you can downgrade.

  • Final Billing: Upon cancellation/downgrade, you will be immediately charged for the full current month of service. This charge will include any overages you may have accumulated.

  • Taxes: Please note that displayed prices do not include sales tax, where applicable.
