All communications from SCORM Cloud regarding your account will go to the billing contact email. Having this information current is important to ensure you are receiving useful information. If you would like to change your primary email address at any point, all you have to do is:
- Log in at https://cloud.scorm.com
- Navigate to the 'Account' section on the left-side navigation bar
- Click on the 'Edit Account' tab (https://app.cloud.scorm.com/sc/user/account/ChangeAccountForm)
- Change the email address under the 'Account Information' section
- Agree to the 'Terms and Conditions' by checking the checkbox
- Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page
