You’ve signed up for a Trial, tested some courses, and decided to upgrade to a paid SCORM Cloud account. Transitioning is seamless, but following these best practices will help you get the most out of your new plan immediately.
Start with a Clean Slate
Before you begin, we recommend clearing out any existing test registrations from your Trial days. This ensures your reporting data stays clean and makes tracking new, live registrations much easier.
To clear your registrations:
Log in to cloud.scorm.com.
Click the Account button in the left-hand menu.
Under Usage Information, click Clear Existing Registrations.

Click OK to confirm.
> Note: This will permanently delete all existing registrations.
Organize Your Content with Realms
You may want to set up a secondary "Realm" to keep your testing environment separate from your live courses. Creating a new realm is simple:
Log in to cloud.scorm.com.
Click Your Realms in the top left corner of the screen.
Click Create New Realm.

Give your new Realm a name, select your account tier, and click Create Realm.

Understanding Your New Benefits
Depending on your account tier, your registration limit will increase, and you now have unlimited storage space. You can view the specific limits of your new plan in the chart below.
Automated Notifications
We want to keep you in the loop regarding your usage and billing. Here is what you can expect:
Account Owners receive notifications when:
You are nearing the registration limit of your selected plan.
You reach the limit of your selected plan.
You reach a "tipping point" where upgrading to a higher tier would be more cost-effective.
Billing Contacts receive notifications:
A few days before the bill is processed.
Immediately when the bill is processed.
Priority Support
