Changing a Learner's email address in SCORM Cloud



Is there a way for me to change a Person's email address once I've added them? Or do I have to simply Archive the User and start over again. I have had some people give me one email address, then change their mind and give me another address.


As of right now, there is not a way to modify a person's email address after they have been added to the system. You are correct, you must archive the user and then re-enter the person.

I talked to one of the developers about this and it is on the board to think about, but since the email address is used as the primary id, for now, this is the only way to do it.
