We are excited to announce major enhancements to how content is categorized, tracked, and discovered across the platform. These are the new improvements in Content Controller.
Structured Content Attributes
To complement existing freeform tags, you can now assign standardized attributes directly to your content with Topics, Skills, Competencies and Course Duration.
Enhanced Learner Attributes Reporting
The Learner Attributes Report can be found at Reports > Usage > Learner Attributes. This report surfaces these new metadata fields—Topics, Skills, Competencies, and Duration on a per learner basis.
Advanced Search & Filtering
Finding the right content is now significantly faster and more targeted:
New filters allow users to narrow search results by specific Names, Tags, Topics, Skills, and Competencies.
Combine keywords with structured filters to eliminate clutter and find relevant material in seconds.
