Improvements
- Adds a new setting, WebContentRecordCompletionOnLaunch, which if enabled, causes Engine to record completion of 'URL' media content immediately at launch of the web content. Note: this will essentially mark the registration complete regardless of whether the url specified actually loads.
- A new setting, SurfaceRegistrationTimeReportedInsteadOfTimeTracked, was added to allow for surfacing reported time instead of tracked time in registration information contained in a RegistrationSchema. This is for the edge case where your SCORM course is reporting a more accurate time than what the Engine player is calculating and you want that to be used.
