Improvements
- Changed default value of dispatch state overriding on launch. Previously, the behavior required manually opting into it the setting, but we've decided to enable this behavior by default moving forward.
- Improved error handling in edit license modal
- Improved performance of query that could cause latency during cmi5 launch
Bug fixes
- Fixed bug that irregularly caused the LRS to return an out-of-date state document.
- Fixed bug that didn't correctly rollover to the next license when the account is configured to allow access beyond the license's limit.
