Improvements
- Refresh the content list after enabling/disabling content
- Slightly changed LTI 1.1 consumer key generation so better support certain LTI platforms. This will not affect existing consumer keys.
- Added the option to limit interaction CSV export to specific accounts
- Include account name and content name in the interaction CSV export
