Improvements
- Resolve high memory usage when accessing configuration settings for a large number of tenants. Added new TenantSettingSyntaxEnabled setting so customers who don't need the tenant prefix syntax (eg. "mytenant.DatabaseConnectionString") for settings can switch it off and avoid any memory usage for that feature.
