Improvements
- Added metrics to xAPI pipes.
- Moved from the default Metrics timers that use a quantile format to custom histogram-backed timers that better matches Prometheus best practices.
- Some performance enhancements, due to removing unnecessary db calls and
restructuring the load of the player's dependencies to reduce the number of requests and latency
Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue with configuration caching for tenanted scopes where the tenant had been deleted
- Fixed missing score in cmi5 registration summary from the API
