Improvements
- Some changes to reduce CPU usage
- Improved how we handle logging of malformed query strings. Now we don't log errors if a query string is valid, like with WSDL requests.
Bugfixes
- Fix rollup failure for xAPI statement when no externalRegistration parameter passed on url (this is an edge case and did not affect Tin Can/xAPI courses launched from Engine)
- Fix bug when UsePlayerForTinCanLaunches and ContentAuthCookieFactory both enabled
