Content Controller V2.1 New Feature: Troubleshooting Tools


You can now look up player debug logs, launch history, and the complete registration state for a particular learner and course, to help troubleshoot content and LMS issues.

To Access:

1. Within an account, click the Content tab

2. Click a course

3. Under the Troubleshooting section click Look Up Learner

4. Enter LearnerID

You'll see three sections

  • Debug logs - If you've created a debug package to troubleshoot issues within the launching LMS, it will be here 



Clicking a log will open a debug log that you can also share via the Share button.




  • Launch History - Here you'll be able to view the launch history for a registration.



  • Registration State - Here you'll be able to view the registration state for a registration
