Bugfixes
- Reverts behavior of RollupRegistrationData.IsExit for xAPI courses, so that it goes back to always returning null inside the RollupRegistration method (applies to certain old custom integrations only)
- Fixes bug preventing launches when using both PlayerLaunchType of NEW_WINDOW and PlayerRequiredFullscreen or PlayerDesiredFullscreen set to YES.
