SCORM Cloud has moved to Stripe for credit card transactions

Avatar

In an effort to improve payment processing and security within SCORM Cloud, we have moved to Stripe to handle all credit card transactions within the platform.

Stripe not only has an impressive history of handling transactions across the globe but also a wide variety of security certifications in place to make sure your information is safe. Here are just a few of their certifications.

  • PCI-certified
  • SOC 1 & 2 Compliant
  • EMVCo 1& 2 Certified
  • And more…

As we roll out the transition to Stripe, you may be asked via email or on the platform to update your billing information within SCORM Cloud to make the switch. Updating your billing information will not change your billing date or plan size. If so, simply go to Account > Edit Account and re-enter your billing information. That’s it! Your next payment will be processed via Stripe.

If you signed up for a paid account or made any changes to your plan size or billing information on or after July 2, 2024, you may not need to take any further action.
