Usage Reports

To access Reports, click the "Reports" button in the top right of your screen.



This will open up the Reports dashboard which defaults to the Usage view. However, you have an option to select course reports and learner reports.



The side bar menu includes additional views, including License Management, Course Usage, Account Usage, and an exportable Learner History.



License Management
Limit by Account - This report shows limit tracking data for all accounts that have a limit type of "Limit by Account". It can be filtered to show accounts that are nearing limits or that have reached their limits.

Limit by Course - This report shows limit tracking data for all accounts that have a limit type of "Limit by Course". It can be filtered to show accounts that are nearing limits or that have reached their limits.

Course Usage
Overview - This report shows Learner and Account counts for all courses. It would help answer questions such as:
Do I have any courses no one is using?
Which courses are the most popular?
How many accounts has this course been shared with?

By Account - This report shows how a particular course is being used across all accounts. It would help answer questions such as:
What are the top accounts that have ever used a course?
What are the top accounts with active leaners using a course?

Account Usage
Overview - This report shows how a specific account is using the courses shared with it. It would help answer questions such as:
Which courses are being used the most by this account?
Which courses are being used the least by this account?

Export
Learner History (CSV) - This is a downloadable report that captures all data about any learner that has ever taken a course (minus interaction data). It would allow you to manipulate the data for your particular needs in spreadsheet format.

Click the Learner History (CSV) button > Name the report > Click `Create' and the job will run
