One of our client's users was getting a java security socket permissions access denied error when trying to launch skillsoft content. Our contact could not recreate the behavior himself.
I had the contact take a look at the users environment to see if there were any differences between his local machine and the users. Turns out that the user clicked 'Do Not Allow' when the certificate warning came up before the skillsoft course opened. He advised it seemed to be an issue with SkillSoft certificates not being up to date. Once he clicked 'allow', the course launched fine.
