Sometimes we see issues with browser add-ons or extensions blocking communication with SCORM Cloud. You may experience this when navigating the SCORM Cloud UI (you’re not able to interact with the tabs) or in launching training (“content authorization failed” error message).
If you experience any odd behavior, the first thing to try is to turn off extensions.
Select Safari --> Preferences
Click on Extensions tab --> Click the “off” tab at the top to temporarily turn them off and try again.
