ActiveX Filtering - A fatal error has occurred during player initialization


We recently had an issue crop up, mainly with Internet Explorer 9, wherein SCORM Cloud users were seeing the following error:


This can easily be resolved by turning off ActiveX Filtering.  You can do this by following the instructions here.
