The file referenced by the href attribute could not be found!  What does this mean?!

Have no fear!  This error usually pops up if you are updating or overwriting a course.  This is a normal parser warning message.  When you initially import a course to the SCORM Cloud, the .zip file is sent to a staging server for parsing and general preparation for uploading to our main servers.  When the package is validated, it’s moved up to our main servers.

Now, if you were to overwrite a course or a portion of a course (it’s especially true here), it will try to validate the new files against the existing course on that staging server BUT, those files technically don’t exist there as they have already been moved to the main servers.  That disconnect is what causes that particular parser warning and therefore can be ignored.
