Getting Started: What's a Registration?

Avatar

Alright, let's break down what a registration is. Basically, it's when a single learner is connected to a single course. So, if one learner takes four courses, that's four registrations. Once they've joined the course, they can go back and check out the content as much as they want without racking up more registrations.

Remember, a registration isn't the same as a learner or a user—it just links them to a course.

Our SCORM Cloud plans are based on how many registrations you have each month. Once you know how many you'll need, just pick the plan that fits. Figuring out your registrations is easy—it's just math! If you have 50 learners taking 3 courses each, they'll create 150 registrations. Check out the table below to see which plan works for you.

Plan Registration Range
Trial (5GB storage) Up to 10
Tester (unlimited storage) Up to 10
Little Up to 75
Medium Up to 150
Big Up to 2,150
Bigger Up to 7,600
Mega Up to 35,000
Ultra 35,000 +
