Paying for SCORM Cloud



How do I pay for SCORM Cloud?


Great question. Upon choosing a paid plan, we will ask for your credit card information.  We won't charge your credit card until the end of your billing cycle.  Don't worry, we'll keep your information safe and sound. At the end of the month, we will charge your card for your monthly plan, which will include any overages you may have incurred. Overages are simply the number of registrations you used over your monthly limit.  We also have a prepay invoice option available.  More details on that here.

For example, let’s say you are on the Little plan. You have 50 registrations for the month, but you actually used 75 registrations. At the end of the month, you will pay $75.00 for the month and an additional $45.00 in overages, resulting in a total bill of $120.00. Check out our pricing page to learn more.


To upgrade your account:

  • Click the Account tab
  • Edit Account
  • Select a paid tier (this will expose the billing fields)
  • Enter your billing information
  • Save

    Im currently in a free Trial, I want to be able to upgrade for a month. Does the upgrading have a minimum quantity of months?

    Hello Josue - Thanks for reaching out. There is no minimum. We bill at the end of your 30 day period. Therefore, you could upgrade today and you would be billed for service on November 27th. If you no longer require service after you're billed, you can downgrade to the Trial level to cancel service. If you have any other questions, please contact us at
