We get questions all the time about how to upgrade your SCORM Cloud Account Type or how to change your Account Type to better meet your needs. So to help out, we've put together a step-by-step guide!
To upgrade (or downgrade) your plan, just follow the steps below:
1. Log in to SCORM Cloud
2. Select the "Account" option from the left hand menu.
3. Select the "Edit Account" tab
4. Select the account size under "Change Account Type".
5. Save Account info
If you are on a paid plan and are downgrading to the Trial, we will charge you for your entire month of service upon cancellation immediately. This will include any overages you may have accumulated.When you downgrade, you're going to see a popup that looks like this:
