SCORM Cloud: Upgrading/Changing Account Type


We get questions all the time about how to upgrade your SCORM Cloud Account Type or how to change your Account Type to better meet your needs. So to help out, we've put together a step-by-step guide! 


To change your plan selection, just follow the steps below:

1. Log in to SCORM Cloud

2. Select the "Account" option from the left hand menu.

3. Select the "Edit Account" tab 

4. Select the account size under "Change Account Type".  

5. Save Account info


Please note: If you are on a paid plan and are downgrading to the Trial, the new Trial limitations will be applied (5GB of expanded storage and 3 course maximum). If over the course maximum, in order to downgrade, you'll need to delete courses. Additionally, we will charge you for your entire month of service upon cancellation immediately. This will include any overages you may have accumulated. Prices displayed do not include sales taxes if applicable to your area.
