- Fix bug which disallows sparse updating of Content Vault API settings
- Fix bug causing Content Vault settings to persist under and ID after a resource was deleted
- Fixed several issues with
DeleteAllLearnerInfo endpoint
- Endpoint returns
404 or 403 HTTP statuses when appropriate instead of 500
- Disallow a user from initiating a delete request for themselves
