Improvements
- Student ID and course token were included in the Content Controller Launcher POST messages.
- The warning shown when deleting a course from the content pool now includes an explanation of all the areas in Content Controller where the course will be removed.
Bug fixes
- Fixed a 500 error caused by sharing courses via 'Select All' without searching for any courses.
- Fixed an error that caused equivalent course titles not to display in the Learner Report selector.
