Improvements
- Improve handling of 'cc' language parameter so that value of 'en-US' will carry through to the player (before it would have been removed since it was the default)
- Hides Cancel link on concurrent launch page if 'noop' is specified for RedirectOnExitUrl

- Fixes incorrect redirect when 'noop' is specified for RedirectOnExtiUrl and RedirectLaunchPageOnExit is set to 'true'
