New Feature: Bulk Imports/Invites in SCORM Cloud

Life in SCORM Cloud just got much easier for those of you that have lots of learners to manage.
Bulk importing provides a simple way to import and tag multiple users with different tags, which works hand in hand with bulk inviting different groups of learners to specific courses later.
