Does Scorm cloud support both HACP and API communication methods?

Thank you for your message. We do support AICC's HACP communication, however we do not support  AICC's API communication method.  Although it is referenced in the AICC specification, it is rarely used, so we chose to just support the HACP method which is used most frequently.
