Schema Definition Differences between Test Suites

Question

The ADL test suite for SCORM 2004 3rd ed. (version 1.0.2) complains about a manifest file not being conformant, but doesn't give any details. However, the ADL test suite for 2004 4th ed. (version 1.1.1) says it is conformant. Have you seen that before? Any ideas?

Answer

You probably need to tweak the metadata->schemaversion in your imsmanifest.xml, they are different between 3rd Edition and 4th Edition. They also require slightly different schema definition files.
