Scorm Could - Candidate Creation?

Basically I already have a tool to add users/candidates, track their status, send updates and emails, all I want to be able to do with scorm cloud is allow them to take specific SCORM Compliant training modules. I don't want to have to re-create them inside the SC admin area, I don't want to send emails through the SC admin area because this would be duplicated functionality. I just want them to be able to launch the instrument via a link on my CMS. Is this possible? I can pass in some sort of unique ID to verify that it is the same participant.
Any help would be appreciated.

No problem. We want nothing more than for people to build great applications that tie together with SCORM Cloud. Really, if you have questions as you get in there, ask...

This is absolutely what the SCORM Cloud API is for. You'll need to upload the SCORM material to Cloud and then create a registration, and then launch that registration. Have you had a chance to look at our client libraries for doing these things? Or the sample applications?
We're happy to help you farther down this path if you like, but that's definitely the starting point.
