While looking at registration activities, I have noticed inconsistent behavior, even within the same scorm content version, for the values of timetakenseconds, iscomplete, completionstatus and attempts.  

What are the rules for these values for SCORM 1.2, 2nd Edition and 3rd Edition?

The comm_commit_frequency for all content is set to 10000 (10 seconds).
