Unfortunately I cant login to the ftp site, says my password is incorrect, though I can login to testtrack 

-Thank you for your message. I have a feeling that it has something to do with the casing of your user name. The FTP is a little bit more finicky about the case of your username as well as your password. For example, if your username is 'Support' and you try to log in to the FTP with 'support' authentication will most likely fail. If you are unsure of how your username is cased, you can log in to Test Track and click on 'My Profile' and see how it was set up.
