The SCORM Engine is capable of uploading a large number of courses by zipping up a number of zipped packages and using our import control.  However, if you are using the cloud version of Test Track, this functionality is not available.  Importing a zip of zips is not allowed in the cloud since an import call is associated with a single unique course id that the cloud user (in this case Test Track) has specified.
